Oil Filler Pipe 1638930 FOR DAF TRUCK

The 1638930 Oil Filler Hose is an aftermarket service component developed for engine maintenance applications on commercial vehicles. It provides a flexible oil passage within the engine oil filling system, allowing technicians to carry out oil replenishment more conveniently during regular servicing. Commercial vehicles often operate for long periods and under demanding conditions, making scheduled lubrication system maintenance particularly important. Although the oil filler hose is an auxiliary component, its location inside the engine compartment means that it must remain suitable for an environment affected by vibration and temperature variation.

With extended use, the original hose can gradually be affected by engine compartment conditions and repeated maintenance operations. Over time, a hose may lose flexibility, while ageing can become more noticeable around connection points, curved sections or fixing areas. For maintenance technicians, keeping the oil filler hose in good working condition helps simplify oil filling and can reduce unnecessary adjustment during routine servicing.
